NLAWARP (National Local Authority WARP) is a project which is owned and operated wholly by Silverthorn Associates Ltd.

Throughout this document, the term “you” refers to you as a user of the Incident Reporting form. “Us”  and “we” refer to Silverthorn Associates, as owners and operators of the NLWARP project and the services provided under its remit.

The Incident Reporting service is provided by NLAWARP, as a means by which members of WARPs operated by the NLAWARP or its partners can report incidents to the WARP community and to CESG.

We will share any information you submit with CESG. We will not share information with anyone else with your explicit permission.

Before reporting an incident, you must contact the NLAWARP in order to be allocated an Incident Number. It is only this incident number that ties your identity to the report which you send us though the Incident Reporting form.

The information submitted though the form and the information regarding your identity will be kept separate in secure locations, therefore minimising impact in the unlikely event of a data breach.

In the event of a data breach, we will immediately report any loss of information to CESG.

The information you submit though the Incident Reporting form is NOT encrypted and therefore, Silverthorn Associates makes no guarantees that the data you submit will not be intercepted. It is therefore your responsibility to make sure there is no identifiable information in your submission.

This form should only be used to report incidents which would be regarded as sensitive, but not protectively marked. any incidents considered to be PROTECT or above, should be reported verbally by telephoning 020 8524 5377.
